New this year: All hot lunch ordering will now be done through MunchaLunch, an easy-to-use online system that will make things simpler for families and our volunteers.

• You can place orders up to 7 days before each hot lunch date.

• Sign up for reminder emails so you don’t miss the days you’ve ordered.

• Easily bundle multiple children’s orders (and fundraisers) into a single purchase.

How to Get Started

• New Parents/Guardians:

  • Please register an account using the above link. This is our school’s dedicated landing page.

• Returning Parents/Guardians:

  • Once registered, simply log in at any time using the same link to place your orders.

Registering a new account

1. Go to https://www.munchalunch.com/

2. Click on Register Account

3. Click on Register Account again

4. Select Vernon

5. Select Ecole Beairsto Elementary PAC

6. Click on Yes this is my school

7. Click "Yes" if it is showing Ecole Beairsto Elementary PAC

8. Fill in your name, email and create a password

9. Click Create my account

Next Steps: Adding your children

1. In the menu bar at the top of the page click: My Family

2. Select "My Children"

3. Click "Add a Child"

4. Fill in your child's details

5. Click "Save"

To Order Hot Lunch:

1. Click Order Lunch! from the menu bar at the top of the page

2. Click Lunch Session: Fall 2025

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, take note of deadlines

4. Click "Next"

5. Click on the menu item you want to order

6. Click "ADD"

7. Click on "Next Menu" to scroll through the dates and menus

8. You can order for as little or as many dates as you'd like

9. Once you have completed your ordering click "Jump to last menu"

10. Click "Continue"

11. Verify your orders and click "Next"

12. Select toppings/sauces if applicable

13. Click "Save" then "Next"

14. Verify your total and click "Yes, this is Correct"

15. Click "Checkout" if you're ready to pay

16. Enter credit card details and click "Pay"
